Senior Accountant – Business Advisory Services Our Gympie office is looking for an enthusiastic and professional Senior Accountant to join the Business Advisory Services team. We’re seeking a candidate who thrives on communication, collaboration and exceptional client outcomes. Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality and effective accounting services across a diverse client base.
- Attend meetings with managers and partners to deliver completed work.
- Assist in preparing business advice, tax returns, business activity statements, financial statements and reconciliations for companies, partnerships, trusts and individuals.
- Complete jobs efficiently while meeting technical standards, deadlines, and budgets.
- Assist with general bookkeeping duties and client correspondence.
- Liaise with the ATO and other Government bodies on client matters.
- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge to ensure compliance with all statutory and relevant regulatory requirements. Qualifications
- Proven experience in public practice business advisory accounting.
- CA or CPA qualified or working towards.
- Strong Excel skills and hands‑on experience with Xero, MYOB, or other cloud tools.
- Sharp attention to detail and excellent prioritisation skills. Benefits
