Location: Zion, Gympie Employment Type: Part-Time (32 hrs/fortnight, 4 days per week, 10am-2pm) Remuneration range: $58.60/hr + Super + Salary Packaging About The Role In this leadership role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping a thriving, welcoming retirement community where residents feel at home. You'll lead the vision and growth of your village, delivering high-quality, resident-led services while building robust relationships and driving business success. You will empower your team to make a genuine difference. Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of village, ensuring compliance and resident satisfaction
- Oversee the daily operations of 7 social housing units, co-located with the Retirement Village
- Manage village budgets, financial reporting, and resident communications
- Support maintenance planning, property presentation, and asset renewal
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to maintain occupancy and promote village life
- Build strong connections with residents, families, and the local community
- Ensure compliance with the Retirement Villages Act and relevant aged care regulations
- Champion a safe, engaging, and respectful environment where residents feel at home About You
- Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in retirement living, property management, hospitality, or community services
- Strong leadership, decision-making and financial management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to manage complex service needs across multiple locations
- Tenacious, collaborative, and solutions-focused
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence
- NDIS Worker Screening clearance
- Knowledge of retirement village operations and compliance
