Maintenance & Grounds Officer Retirement Living Location: Zion Retirement Living, Gympie
- QLD Employment Type: Part time (45 hrs fortnight) Remuneration: $*****/hour About The Role In this hands‑on role, you'll manage the day‑to‑day maintenance of buildings, gardens, and grounds, ensuring everything is protected, tidy, and well‑kept. Key Responsibilities
- General maintenance and upkeep of lawns, gardens, and common areas
- Common area cleaning required
- Performing scheduled preventative maintenance
- Identifying and reporting new risks while working to minimise existing ones
- Undertaking administrative tasks related to maintenance operations
- Managing external contractors and minor building projects

- Experience in commercial maintenance and groundskeeping within an aged care setting or a similar environment
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
