The Person You will be a qualified Chef with a minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery or Equivalent Bulk catering or buffet experience is essential.

You will have the ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines. Attention to detail and great time management is a must. Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations Excellent knowledge of food safety and able to manage compliance.
