- Delivering exceptional nursing care with an individualised, resident‑focused approach
- Managing medication administration
- Overseeing wound care and other clinical services
- Supporting and mentoring care staff

- A strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
- Relevant Nursing Qualifications
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
- 2026 Influenza vaccination
- NDIS Check (including Police Clearance)
