We’re on the hunt for a Retail Store Manager to lead the #GhandaGang in our brand current Kids location in Narre Warren, VIC (opening in mid‑June).
Join The Fun And Enjoy 38‑hour week: no fixed‑rate salary! Get paid for the hours you work. Receive overtime penalties if you work beyond your ordinary hours (unlikely). Generous remuneration package: clothing and phone allowances plus a monthly bonus scheme. Unlimited clothing discount for you and your direct family. Each of our Cluster, Regional and State Managers and Visual Merchandisers began their Ghanda journey on the shop floor, joining us as either a Sales Assistant or Store Manager.

A day in the life
As a Retail Store Manager, you will have direct responsibility for: Leading, coaching and training a team of up to 25 members. Driving the Ghanda values with your store team. Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction. Liaising with your Stock Allocator and working independently to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space. Preparing and monitoring store rosters, sales reports and store/team compliance.
About You
We’ll know you’re the one if you’re someone: With demonstrated leadership experience – leads from the front, empowers their team and embodies a leadership style in line with our organisational values. Someone who thinks customer first, nails the fundamentals and takes retail seriously. With similar experience in a retail/hospitality role – though this is not a deal‑breaker. At Ghanda we value the right attitude over experience.
