**About the Role**: As a Rerail Associate, you will lead by example, ensuring our team delivers world-class customer service while driving sales and achieving store targets. You’ll take ownership of the sales floor, mentor and motivate the team, and contribute to the store’s success with your leadership and communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**: Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting daily store operations, maintaining visual and stock standards, contributing to sales targets, and promoting a positive, team-focused store environment.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in retail or a supervisory role (previous experience in fragrance or beauty retail is a plus)
- Passion for customer service, with a genuine desire to connect with people
- Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
