**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Lead and Inspire: Manage a dedicated spray seal crew, setting up, managing, and removing temporary traffic control measures across various sites.**
- **Ensure Safety Excellence: Keep workers, motorists, and pedestrians safe through strategic planning, clear communication, and unwavering attention to safety.**
- **Navigate Complex Challenges: Oversee traffic flow around construction sites, communicating seamlessly with your team and the public to keep everyone informed and safe.**
- **Drive with Precision: Step behind the wheel of a pod truck if licensed
- taking your skills to the next level on the road!**

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- **Experienced Leader: Previous experience as a Traffic Team Leader or Controller in spray seal or asphalt works.**
- **Certified Professional: Must hold a valid Traffic Controller accreditation and White Card (Construction Induction).**
- **Team Player & Communicator: Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills are essential.**
- **Dependable and Flexible: Punctual, safety-focused, and willing to work flexible hours and locations.**
