Are you driven to support and empower others? Care to Heal Pty Ltd is looking for qualified and experienced Enrolled Nurses to join our healthcare team. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: Provide nursing care including wound care, continence care, and basic clinical procedures within EN scope Assist with health assessments and contribute to care planning under the direction of a Registered Nurse where required Monitor client health status and report changes or concerns promptly Administer medications in accordance with care plans, organisational policy & scope of practice Monitor medication effects and report any adverse reactions Support management of chronic conditions and general health needs Record observations such as vital signs and clinical indicators as required. Provide nursing care in clients’ homes and community settings Support clients to maintain independence, safety & wellbeing in their daily lives Liaise with Registered Nurses, GPs, allied health professionals, support workers & families to ensure coordinated care Provide guidance to support workers regarding safe care practices where appropriate Maintain accurate clinical records, progress notes, incident reports & care documentation Ensure documentation meets NDIS, aged care & organizational standards Follow infection control, medication safety & clinical governance policies Identify risks & report incidents or concerns regarding client safety Promote dignity, respect & client choice in all aspects of care Support clients to participate in decisions about their health & support Participate in ongoing professional development Maintain compliance with AHPRA standards & organizational requirements Qualifications, Compliancy & Experience Requirements: Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (EN) Diploma of Nursing (or equivalent qualification) Experience as an Enrolled Nurse for at least One Year in healthcare sector Current First Aid & CPR certification NDIS Worker Screening Check National Police Check (within 12 months) Evidence of right to work in Australia Current vaccinations as required for community and aged care work Valid Australian Driver Licence & reliable vehicle with appropriate insurance Ability to work independently in community settings Strong communication, documentation & clinical observation skills Why Work With Us? -Make a real difference in people’s lives -Add value to community & healthcare sector -Supportive and cooperative team -Opportunities for development and growth -Competitive pay plus superannuation -Care to Heal encourages applications from people of all abilities and backgrounds.
