**Part-Time | Immediate Start | NDIS Participant**

We are urgently seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our team and support an NDIS participant based in Narre Warren. The participant uses a wheelchair and has a speech impairment. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone’s daily life.

**About the Role**: The participant requires support with:

- Protected transfers in and out of a vehicle
- Day-to-day activities and community access
- Effective communication and understanding of speech needs

**You must be**:

- Patient, caring, and attentive
- Able to speak clearly and slowly
- A good listener with strong communication skills
- Comfortable providing physical assistance when required

**Essential Requirements**:

- Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check (if applicable)
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Current Police Check
- COVID-19 vaccination status (as per guidelines)

**Required Availability**:

- Tuesday: 10:00 AM
- 1:00 PM
- Thursday: 10:00 AM
- 1:00 PM
- Friday: 10:00 AM
- 2:00 PM
