Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager for APAC, you will partner with our business leaders as the key point of contact for Talent Acquisition activities across dormakaba Australia & New Zealand.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process with a primary focus on blue-collar roles, while also supporting white-collar recruitment as needed.
- Working alongside the Talent Acquisition Team & HR Business Partners, provide expert advice and guidance to hiring managers and the business, promoting innovative and forward-thinking attraction strategies and retention.
- Ensure all job-related information is complete and accurate for all vacancies.
**YOUR SKILLS**
We are seeking someone who is interested in understanding our business by partnering with our managers, building a solid reputation in being supportive and focusing on providing a positive experience for all customers.
Key attributes are:
- Excellent internal and external customer service skills, building and maintaining effective and constructive working relationships.
- Commercial acumen to understand the key business drivers and how talent acquisition impacts business performance.
- Experience in end-to-end talent acquisition involving recruitment of a high-volume frontline workforce.
- Experience using Success Factors ATS (‘Recruiting’) or similar will be advantageous but not essential.
