Why not join the team that brings a smile every day to millions of people! **Description**: We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Production Supervisor to join our growing team in Hallam. As we ramp up production, you’ll pay a key role in supporting our Production Manager, ensuring smooth operations, and driving success. If you’re passionate about leadership, continuous improvement, and being part of a energetic team, we want to hear from you! **Hours of work**: Although the role is predominantly Monday to Friday, flexibility is crucial, as shifts can start as early as 6:00am and may include overtime, weekends, and public holidays. This will be primarily day and afternoon shift work with shifts commencing at 2pm. **Some of your key responsibilities will be**: Oversee team performance, including appraisals, training, and disciplinary actions when needed. Contribute to the production schedule and allocate tasks based on team capabilities and production needs. Ensure all necessary documentation for regulatory compliance is completed accurately and timely. Identify areas for process improvements, reduce downtime, and implement changes to boost productivity and reduce waste. Work with safety, quality, and other departments to ensure the production team has the resources, training, and support needed for efficient, compliant operations. **Skills and Experiences**: **To thrive in this role, you will bring**: Proven leadership experience in managing production teams. Experience with Egg Grading Technology (MOBA/Sanovo) Strong skills in leading, training, and engaging teams to meet goals. The ability to analyse data to drive improvements and efficient processes.
