You’re passionate about providing positive experiences with business clients while developing great relationships with everyone you work with, including your team, peers and clients. You enjoy a challenge and making a real difference and love to look for new and better ways to do things. With a keen insight into data, your strong spreadsheet skills enable you to make informed decisions. While your skillset may be diverse, you clearly demonstrate the following attributes:
- Excellent leadership in a fast-paced work setting
- Demonstrated experience in team management, delegation, training, and development
- The ability to think outside the box with excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and adeptness with spreadsheet tools
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sound computer literacy and the ability to learn and adapt to new systems
- Proactive team player
- Experience in change management is a bonus!
