As a Customer Service Concierge Driver, you will play a key role in supporting our Service Department's delivery of exceptional service to our VIP customers by managing the logistics of service vehicle pick-up and drop-off.

Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the dealership ambassador, representing the Mercedes-Benz brand professionally and enthusiastically.
Pick up and drop off service vehicles from our VIP customers’ home or workplace locations.
Deliver loan vehicles to customers while ensuring seamless handovers and vehicle walk-arounds.
Return serviced vehicles to customers promptly and efficiently.
Maintain excellent communication with customers throughout the process, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Skills and Experiences:
About you:
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
Love to drive and enjoy providing exceptional customer service?
Full driver’s license and the ability to drive long distances.
Competence in operating a smartphone or iPad for navigation and communication.
A passion for providing a top-tier customer experience.
