Our team of talented Paediatric Speech Pathologists provide service to children and youth aged 0 -12 years who may be demonstrating delays or difficulties with their development including speech, language, feeding and social skills.
**About the role**
- We are currently seeking Paediatric Speech Pathologists for **Full Time and Part Time positions**. We offer a hybrid model of working which is a combination of working onsite in our therapy spaces (Berwick, Narre Warren, Cranbourne and Pakenham), meeting with consumers in their natural surroundings or completing some admin tasks from home.
As a Windermere Paediatric Speech Pathologist, you will manage a caseload and:
- deliver a broad range of evidence informed intervention strategies, standardised assessments and parent training to increase communication and active participation in social and educational settings for children;
- undertake face to face consultation and relationship building in natural environments, schools and kindergartens as well as our modern office facilities and therapy spaces;
- liaise and collaborate with a transdisciplinary team to design and deliver comprehensive support plans; and
- provide support and advice to families and children in relation to speaking, listening, understanding language, fluency and social skills.
- provide discipline specific assessment and intervention to children aged 0-12 years and their family with a range of disabilities.
