Finance / Admin Manager – Hallam, VIC Austart Air Starters are seeking an experienced Finance / Admin Manager to join our team based in Hallam. We are a manufacturing business producing high‑quality air starters using modern technology in a supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities
- Manage budgets, cash flow, reporting, payroll, and financial processes
- Maintain ERP and business systems, reporting tools, and data accuracy
- Oversee office administration and business support functions
- Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and company requirements
- Support and coordinate finance and administration staff
- Provide reporting and analysis to support management decisions
- Drive process improvement across systems and workflows About You
- Degree or qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business or similar
- 10+ years’ experience in finance administration
- Manufacturing experience highly desirable
- ERP experience essential (SAGE X3 highly regarded)
- Robust Excel and reporting skills
- Knowledge of Australian compliance obligations
