Working from our Head Office in Hallam, we are looking for a support center representative to join our collaborative National Support team on a full-time basis.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Handling inbound calls professionally, directing inquiries, and providing accurate information.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating complex matters as needed, and maintaining detailed CRM records of all interactions.
- Book service technician requests in line with service standards, coordinating schedules while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Process one-off payments securely over the phone, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper transaction documentation.

**YOUR SKILLS**

Our support center team are all about solving problems, driving efficiencies, and delivering best practice customer service to our loyal customers and community. In this role, you will effectively communicate with external & internal customers, assisting with any inquiries and transferring them to the relevant departments in a timely and efficient manner.

Key skills that we are looking for:

- Ability to multitask
- Ability to resolve questions and queries in a timely manner
- Excellent phone etiquette and manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Attitude and drive towards team success

A pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening will be required.
