The role
You'll own everything after the sale:
Lead a team of Project Coordinators, a Permits Specialist and a Contracts Coordinator Own the building permit pipeline from lodgement through to council approval Coordinate engineering assessments and manage our external engineering partner Own delivery scheduling across all four locations — zero missing deliveries, zero assembly days without materials on site Manage our installation contractor network — hold them accountable for quality and follow-through Resolve after-sales issues before they become customer complaints Drive Salesforce pipeline discipline across the team Report to the MD weekly on pipeline status, exceptions and operational KPIs
Who we're looking for
Background in residential construction, volume building, housing maintenance, property services or similar Experience leading a small team — you can set expectations, have hard conversations and develop people Working knowledge of building permits and council approvals in Victoria Hands-on contractor and trades management experience Solid delivery coordination background Victorian driver's licence and permanent Australian work rights Backgrounds in residential housing, property maintenance, facilities management or permit consulting are equally welcome — we're looking for operational capability, not a specific industry
