Are you working in the freight forwarding or the international shipping industry?
We are seeking to appoint an International Manager who is passionate and focussed on customer service and is looking to make a difference. If you are looking for your next challenge, we want to hear from you.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role will see you responsible for the achievement of key performance indicators, compliance, quality of service and development of the business operation. You will manage a team of 5 coordinators and work with department managers to ensure we exceed client expectations.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess the following attributes:
Ability to motivate, lead and inspire people
Broad commercial skills and financial management capability
Ability to set direction and implement the organisation’s strategic plan
Experience with Cargowise, ICS, One-Stop, Freightweb or other freight and vms systems
Experience in managing end to end service delivery through service agent network
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage multiple task’s within critical timeframes
