- Holds a current A-Grade Electrical Licence (VIC)
- Has minimum 2 years experience
- Has strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Works efficiently without cutting corners
- Communicates clearly with clients and team members
- Takes ownership of your work and shows initiative
- Presents professionally and represents the company well on site Preferred Experience
- Mechanical electrical experience (highly regarded)
- Exposure to industrial environments
- Experience in residential work
- Ability to work independently and manage jobs from start to finish Key Responsibilities
- Installation, maintenance, and fault finding across various sites
- Reading and interpreting plans and specifications
- Ensuring all work complies with Australian standards
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
