- Fit and Healthy able to organise own travel to work
- Reliable and able to listen and following instructions
- Confident enough to work on large commercial building sites
- Wanting to learn new things and demonstrate learning
- Basic Maths with good knowledge of measurements and angles
- Ready to obtain car licence ASAP
