Bluebell Early Learning & Kindergarten is seeking a passionate, dedicated, and experienced Diploma Qualified Lead Educator to join our supportive and family-oriented early learning centre. This is a permanent part-time position suited for an educator who is committed to delivering high-quality early childhood education and care while leading and supporting a positive team environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support the implementation of engaging and meaningful learning programs
• Foster a secure, nurturing, and inclusive environment for children
• Build strong and positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Guide and mentor educators within the room
• Ensure compliance with centre policies, regulations, and National Quality Standards
• Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture
