Restaurant Manager - Hampton Park (Casey City)

About the role We’re looking for Managers to oversee all aspects of restaurant management and profitability, ensuring we meet our brand, customer promise, quality and safety standards while delivering on key performance areas such as sales, food cost, labour spend and other controllable expenses. Responsibilities
- Lead teams by providing clear direction, coaching and support to deliver excellent food and memorable customer experiences.
- Use strong business acumen to continually improve and optimise profit, create a positive culture and drive costs down while enhancing customer experience.
- Manage daily operations, including staff scheduling, performance management, and ensuring compliance with product, people and customer safety requirements.
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as sales, food cost, labor spend and controllable expenses.
- Maintain high standards of quality and presentation of space and product. Qualifications
- Demonstrated management experience in the hospitality industry.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate direction into action.
- Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills.
- Knowledge of employee relations and interpretation of awards is highly regarded.
