What you will need A strong interest in, and understanding of, rural agriculture. Knowledge of agricultural products, including ag chemicals, seed, and animal health/nutrition, will be highly regarded. Previous experience in an administrative, retail, or similar customer-focused role. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain robust relationships. Exposure to stock control and inventory management is advantageous, but not essential. Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office applications.
