Medical Receptionist for Allied Health Clinic (Hamilton)

Foot & Ankle Experts Health Clinic in Hamilton is seeking a Medical Receptionist.

We are a young vibrant clinic located in Hamilton riverside. We are a podiatry first clinic, but we also provide physio, acupuncture and nutrition services.

We are a high energy lot. And as a team as both practitioner and admin, we try to give our best to all our patients.

Your role as a medical receptionist would be the first point of contact in both person and on the phone.

We are looking for someone with a bright personality, the ability to multitask, a strong work ethic and strong computer skills. Previous experience in the role would be advantageous, but not essential.

This role would suit a podiatry student or any other health student who is looking for a peek into the industry.

**Reporting directly to the Practice Manager your daily duties will include**:

- Greeting patients in a bright and professional manner
- Booking patient appointments
- Data entry of personal and confidential information
- Processing payments
- Answering Incoming calls
- Practitioner diary management
- Assisting practice manager with admin overflow as required

We provide you with initial training and any additional training if required.
