Set on the banks of the Brisbane River, RIVA Kitchen Events is quickly becoming an iconic location within Brisbane's cafe + events scene. This is an exciting time to join the team and be a part of this exciting growth phase!

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Cafe manager to oversee day to day operations and events. As manager, your responsibilities will include the management of a friendly team of staff, the training & development of your team, smooth running of operations, and the execution of functions and events, all the while upholding our high standard of customer service.

**Skills & Attributes;**
- Experience in the same or similar role
- An exceptional eye for detail
- Function & event operations experience
- The ability to multi-task & work at a fast pace
- Excellent communication & staff supervisory skills
- The ability to think outside the box when it comes to providing solutions & problem solving
- An upbeat and inspiring personality that encourages staff to do their best
- Immaculate presentation
- A hands on supervisor approach that leads by example.
- A passion for customer focused service
- Labour & Cost of goods management experience

Pay: $75,000.00 per year
