Responsibilities:

Fillet and prepare a variety of fish with precision

Ensure the highest quality and freshness of all seafood

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area

Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their seafood needs

Requirements:

Experience in fish filleting or similar roles preferred

Knowledge of seafood handling and safety

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills
