About the Role This is a dynamic, customer-facing role where you’ll be the first point of contact for enquiries across phone, email, and in-store. You’ll play a key role in supporting customers, coordinating orders and hires, and keeping branch operations running smoothly. What You’ll Be Doing
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and in-store
- Providing product information and helping customers find the right solutions
- Preparing quotes and processing orders, refunds and exchanges
- Supporting equipment hire enquiries, bookings and extensions
- Coordinating with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Managing customer records, interactions and updates in internal systems
- Assisting with showroom presentation and in-store customer service About You We’re looking for someone who is:
- A strong communicator with a natural customer-first approach
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working with systems and administrative processes
- A problem solver who can think on their feet
- A team player who contributes to a positive work environment Bonus (but not essential):
- Experience in customer service, retail or administration
