Bistro Manager / Functions Co-ordinator (Hamilton)

Join our Vibrant Team at **The Sydney Junction Hotel**, where we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional dining experiences and unforgettable events. We are seeking a dedicated **Bistro Manager/Functions coordinator** to lead our operations and enhance our guests' experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee Daliy Bistro Operations, ensuring smooth service and high quality standards of good quality and presentation
- Coordinate and manage functions and events, from initial planning through execution, ensuring client satisfaction
- Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house and kitchen staff to provide excellent customer service, including rostering front of house staff to required budgets
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain Inventory, and purchasing of supplies
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and maintain a clean and welcoming environment,

**About you**
- Proven Experience as a Bistro Leader, Manager, Restaurant Manager, Functions Manager
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Excellent Organizational Skills & Multitasking Abilities
- Knowledge of food & beverage services, event planning and budget management
- Ability to work flexible hours including evening and weekends.
