Bistro Manager / Functions Co Ordinator Hamilton

Join our Vibrant Team at The Sydney Junction Hotel, where we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional dining experiences and unforgettable events. We are seeking a dedicated Bistro Manager/Functions coordinator to lead our operations and enhance our guests' experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee Daliy Bistro Operations, ensuring smooth service and high quality standards of valuable quality and presentation

Coordinate and manage functions and events, from initial planning through execution, ensuring client satisfaction

Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house and kitchen staff to provide excellent customer service, including rostering front of house staff to required budgets

Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve operational efficiency.

Maintain Inventory, and purchasing of supplies

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and maintain a clean and welcoming environment,

About you

Proven Experience as a Bistro Leader, Manager, Restaurant Manager, Functions Manager

Strong Leadership Skills

Excellent Organizational Skills & Multitasking Abilities

Knowledge of food & beverage services, event planning and budget management

Ability to work flexible hours including evening and weekends.
