We invite you to join a leading residential construction company's estimating team. As an estimator reporting directly to the Estimating Manager, you will produce accurate cost estimates and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Providing accurate cost estimates for project homes

Preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQs)

Managing multiple files at any one time accurately and efficiently

Liaising with clients, government authorities, and consultants

Ensuring customer satisfaction in relation to job responsibilities

Qualifications

Proven experience in residential or production estimating, ability to control the scheduling of materials through the construction phase, and experience managing budgets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, high attention to detail and computer literacy are required.
