Role: Admin and Customer Support Representative – 12-month Fixed Term

Location: Hamilton, Brisbane

Salary: $75,000
- $90,000 + Super (depending on experience)

GrainCorp is currently seeking a Admin and Customer Service Representative to join our team in Hamilton Brisbane to coordinate road freight and manage inventory for the Animal Nutrition business.

In this role, you’ll contribute by: Providing an exceptional customer experience to GrainCorp’s Animal Nutrition customers and suppliers through effective logistics coordination, inventory management and transaction entry Delivering effective communication, teamwork, transaction execution and cross skilling with multiple stakeholders Offering a seamless customer service experience by always providing a prompt response, problem solving any queries effectively to ensure accurate resolution and execution of logistics movements.

About your experience

Candidates will have some prior experience in a logistics role dealing with road freight or a degree in business logistics. Candidates will also display: Working knowledge of MS Office High level of accuracy and accountability Experience working with customers/suppliers and sound communication skills Knowledge of SAP or AGTech highly desirable but training with be offered
