The Role

Storage Consultant (part‐time) – part of the Hamilton South & Hamilton Central teams.

Work Hours

Tues & Wed 9:30am – 2:00pm

Fri & Sat 9:00am – 3:00pm

19 hours per week – Fridays and Saturdays required.

Store Opening Hours

Mon–Fri 9:00am – 5:00pm

Sat 9:00am – 3:00pm

Responsibilities

Storage Consultants support day‐to‐day store operations, working with the management team to deliver exceptional store results and customer service. Responsibilities include customer sales, service, administrative support, and facility maintenance.

What You Will Need

Willingness to learn new skills (sales & customer service training provided)

Self‐motivated, able to work independently or with direction

Problem‐solving mindset and ownership of tasks

Passion for delivering customer service excellence, with an above‐and‐beyond attitude

Team player with a hands‐on approach to a diverse range of tasks

Goal‐orientated and results‐driven

Solid written and verbal communication skills

Physically fit

Valid driver's licence
