Growing skip bin & recycling company seeking a motivated and reliable team member to help expand our business across Melbourne.This role focuses on client relationships, business development and market growth within the construction and recycling industry. Suitable for candidates with experience in:
- Sales or business development
- Marketing / social media / customer engagement
- Construction, building or trade industry
- Customer service or logistics
- Candidates with existing builder, renovation or trade connections highly regarded
- Chinese speaking candidates are a strong advantage About the role
- Build and maintain relationships with builders, renovators, tradies and commercial clients
- Develop new business opportunities and client networks
- Follow up enquiries and maintain existing accounts
- Assist with marketing, customer communication and business growth
- Work closely with operations and scheduling teams What we are looking for
- Previous experience in construction, demolition, waste management, recycling, or property-related industries highly regarded
- Existing network in builders, construction companies, developers, or real estate agencies is a solid advantage
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn
- Experience in B2B sales, account management, or field sales preferred
- Comfortable with site visits and face-to-face client engagement
- Driver’s licence preferred What we offer
- Base salary: $60,000 – $80,000
- OTE: $100,000 – $150,000+ (uncapped commission)
