**The Fern Hampton Park **located on Hallam Rd, provides care for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years in a thoughtfully designed, state-of-the-art facility that ensures a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment. **About the Role**: We are seeking dynamic and dedicated Educators to join a team of passionate and professional Educators at The Fern Early Learning Centre.
- Inspire and guide educators to achieve excellence while fostering strong professional relationships.
- Develop and lead the team in delivering a tailored planning, curriculum, and outcomes cycle for each child in your care.
- Ensure that all documentation of children’s learning is accessible to families and meets high-quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Create and maintain a welcoming, secure, and stimulating interactive learning environment.
- Always uphold the highest standards of health and safety.
- Drive continuous improvement whilst leading positive outcomes for children, families, the community, and colleagues.
- Prioritise dedicated non-contact time to support thoughtful and purposeful program development.
- Collaborate effectively with broad team to achieve outcomes that benefit our community.

**Role skills/competencies**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Educator or Room Leader role leading and developing age specific programs and routines.
- Knowledge and experience with the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Familiarity with KindyHub or similar online programming platforms is an advantage.
- Strong written communication skills and confidence in guiding documentation related to children's learning and development.

**Role qualifications**:

- An ACECQA recognised Diploma or higher
- An approved Working with Children Check (State Specific)
- Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis and First Aid Certificates

Pay: $30.00
- $38.00 per hour
