Part Time Medical Receptionist (Hampton Park)

Southern Cross Medical Centre is a well established mixed billing GP practice looking for its next reception superstar!

To be successful in this role you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to multi task in a fast paced setting.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

- Greeting patients
- Stocking of doctors rooms
- Answering phones
- Booking appointments
- Processing payments
- Liaising with Doctors and nurses
- Data entry
- Opening and closing of the practice

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $28.00
- $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28
- 38 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- Police Check (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
