**The Role**:
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of an extensive property portfolio
- Address a variety of daily responsibilities both within and beyond the office
- Interact with tenants and property owners to achieve favorable outcomes
- Coordinate activities related to property maintenance
- Conduct regular, incoming, and final inspections
- Manage inquiries and correspondence
- Provide supplementary support for the effective management of professional portfolios
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 6 months in property management
- A current Agent's Representative certificate
- A Car & Drivers Licence
- Proficiency in utilizing property management programs
- A positive mindset, a sense of humor, and adeptness in creative problem-solving
- Capability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet stringent deadlines
- Keen attention to detail
- Effective and empathetic communication skills
- Enthusiasm for learning and personal growth
