Production Team Member (Dandenong South)

About Us aluplast is a global leader in uPVC window and door systems, helping create homes that are safer, quieter, and more energy-efficient. Headquartered in Germany, we operate worldwide and are expanding rapidly in Australia. Our new, modern facility in Dandenong South is home to a growing lamination team with multiple lines and shifts. We're looking for hands-on team members to join us. What You'll Be Doing You'll be part of our production team, helping wrap uPVC window profiles with coloured foils using specialised lamination machines. No experience? No problem. We'll train you from the ground up. Your daily tasks will include:
- Support the set-up of the lamination line for different product runs
- Separate uPVC profiles where joined using a knife
- Preparing foils, packaging materials, and stillages
- Feeding uPVC profiles through the lamination machine
- Packaging and storing finished profiles according to requirements
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace What We're Looking For This is a full-time, permanent role. We're looking to fill positions in our early, afternoon and night shift with someone reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to grow with us. Experience in painting, cabinetry, gluing, or wrapping materials is a bonus – but not essential. Applicants must hold permanent residency status in Australia. You'll thrive in this role if you:
- Have a valuable eye for detail and quality
- Communicate clearly and work well in a team
- Are reliable and have a good attendance record
- Are physically fit and enjoy hands-on work
- Are able to stand for extended periods during shift work
