Human Resources Officer (Dandenong South)

About Us ASKIN Performance Panels is a leading manufacturer and supplier of insulated panel solutions across Australia and New Zealand. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and highly organised Human Resources Officer to join our team based in Dandenong South. This is a hands-on, site based HR role supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee administration and HR compliance activities across our Australian and New Zealand operations. Working closely with the Group Human Resource Manager this role will suit someone who enjoys a rapid-paced environment, has strong attention to detail and is confident supporting managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating recruitment activities including advertising, candidate screening and interview scheduling
- Conducting initial phone and Microsoft Teams pre-screening interviews
- Coordinating onboarding and new starter documentation
- Managing probation review tracking and employee lifecycle administration
- Maintaining HR records, employee files and compliance registers
- Supporting managers and employees with HR administration queries
- Coordinating reference checks and right to work verification
- Supporting HR compliance activities across Australia and New Zealand
- Assisting with HR projects and employee relations administration as required This role is based on site in Dandenong South and requires attendance Monday to Friday to support operational teams within a manufacturing environment. This Role Is Ideal For You If:

- Previous experience in a Human Resources Officer, HR Administrator or similar HR support role
- Experience coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment
- Experience within manufacturing, construction or operational environments will be highly regarded
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
