Internal Sales Engineer (Dandenong South)

We are seeking a motivated and technically capable Internal Sales Engineer to join our Victorian team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the HVAC or mechanical services industry who enjoys working in a fast-paced technical sales workplace. You will work closely with the External Sales team, providing technical support, preparing quotations and selections, managing customer enquiries, and assisting with project coordination from enquiry through to delivery.
- Prepare quotations, tender submissions, and commercial proposals for applied HVAC projects
- Support External Sales Engineers with technical selections, pricing, and project coordination
- Manage customer enquiries and provide prompt technical and commercial support
- Coordinate factory documentation, shipment schedules, and project deliveries
- Assist with product presentations and technical discussions with contractors and consultants
- Maintain strong communication with customers throughout the sales process and project lifecycle
