We are looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive person to join our team in a casual Administration & Operations Assistant role based in our Lynbrook office.

This is not just a basic admin position. We are looking for someone who can think logically, use initiative, problem-solve, and help keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes. The role suits someone who enjoys structure, pays close attention to detail, and naturally looks for better and more efficient ways of doing things.

You will be working closely within a fast-paced environment where organisation, communication, and critical thinking are highly valued.

About the Role

Your responsibilities may include: Managing and maintaining digital records, systems, and documentation Writing and responding to professional emails and communications Assisting with recruitment coordination and interviews Supporting scheduling, coordination, and operational tasks Following up tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring things are completed properly Assisting with internal processes and improving workflows Using technology and AI tools to improve efficiency and organisation Supporting management with day-to-day business operations

About You

We are looking for someone who: Is highly organised and naturally detail-oriented Thinks logically and takes responsibility for their work Has strong written and verbal communication skills Is tech-savvy and confident learning current systems and AI tools Can work independently and manage competing priorities Is proactive and able to identify solutions, not just problems Enjoys working in a dynamic and people-focused setting Has a mature, reliable, and qualified approach

Requirements Previous experience in administration, operations, coordination, or a similar role preferred Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and general digital systems Strong English communication skills Must have valid Australian work rights

Position Details Casual position In-person role based in Lynbrook Flexible hours depending on business needs Pay based on experience

Pay: $27.00 – $35.00 per hour

Education: Graduate Certificate / Graduate Diploma (Preferred)

Experience: Admin: 1 year (Preferred)
