Chef de Partie (Haymarket)

Letra House is looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team in the heart of Sydney. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of high-quality meals in a fast-paced, energetic environment. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work alongside a talented team of culinary professionals while contributing to the ongoing success of our acclaimed establishment. We are looking for chefs with experience in the larder section and/or pasta section.

What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience working in a reputable restaurant or hotel
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation and kitchen operations
- Time management and multitasking skills
- A passion for using high-quality, fresh ingredients to create innovative and delicious dishes
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Communication and teamwork skills
