- Participate in rotational placements across different business units to gain comprehensive industry exposure.
- Assist in conducting market research and analysis to support client grain marketing strategies.
- Physical grain contract administration and execution.
- Grain stock and bank reconciliation.
- Transport planning & scheduling.
- Price discovery & recording.
- Negotiation & grain brokering.
- Process recording and improvement. Requirements


- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Agriculture, Economics, Business, Finance or a related field, graduating before February 2027.
- Australian or Current Zealand citizen, or Australian permanent resident – please note that temporary visa holders are not eligible for this program.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in the agricultural industry.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
