- Welcome all clients and guests and be a great first impression
- Maintain optimal client relations, manage clients’ check-in and check-out, ad hoc requests and reservations
- Providing services and support in accordance with clients’ preferences
- Ensure that all customer contact is handled politely and efficiently and accurately meets the needs
- Inspect the front and back areas and make sure all is always impeccable
- Cover at other Sydney CBD locations as needed to support business operations
- Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Management from time to time. What you bring:
- Prior experience in customer service and hospitality is a plus
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
