Trainer and Assessor- Nsw Rsa & Rcg (Haymarket)

Evolution Hospitality Institute delivers training solutions to both the International and Domestic (local) markets alike.

We are seeking a Trainer / Assessor with current industry experience to join us.
- SITHFAB021 Provide responsible service of alcohol

SITHGAM022 Provide responsible gambling services

Hospitality
- certificate III or higher

The class delivery schedule is weekly on a Saturday and bi-monthly on Friday.

**Selection Criteria**

Your enthusiasm for the industry will be obvious, as will your passion for passing on your skills and knowledge to current and existing hospitality staff.

You will also have:

- Superior organisational skills
- Highly developed communication skills
- Able to prepare and deliver engaging, rewarding training sessions for a diverse range of students.
- Have experience in delivering training through electronic formats or willing to learn
- You will be a "content expert", able to lead students through the curriculum using contemporary industry examples, drawing on your own experiences to bring the content to life.

**Essential Skills & Experience**
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Meet all the 2025 Standards for RTOs requirements to be a trainer and assessor
- 2 years of teaching experience is desirable
- Currently approved as a trainer and assessor with Liquor and Gaming NSW
- Demonstrated industry and VET sector currency and professional development
- Understands different student needs and is passionate about supporting students
- Must be a team player
- Undertake working with children and any other necessary work clearances as directed by organisation
