Accounts Receivable (CBD)

Interim Accounts Receivable role | Immediate Start | Aged Care sector Your new company Your new company is a well-established, not-for-profit organisation in the aged care sector with a strong presence across Melbourne. They provide vital support to individuals in the community through in-home aged care, disability services, and broader family and community support. They are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to step into a 6 week interim opportunity.

Your new role Your new role is a BAU, end-to-end Accounts Receivable position, focused on transactional accuracy and stakeholder engagement rather than high volume collections. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Accurate data entry and invoice processing, including maintaining customer accounts
- Receipting and cash allocation, ensuring timely and precise posting of payments
- Performing account reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
- Managing customer enquiries via phone and email, while liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting month end activities, including adjustments, reporting, and maintaining audit integrity What you'll need to succeed To excel in this assignment, you will ideally have:• Strong end to end Accounts Receivable experience

- Proven skills in data entry, accounts reconciliation, and receipting
- Experience with Epicor (advantageous)
