**La Cosmetique Retail Sales Assistants**

La Cosmetique Retail Sales Assistants are responsible for attracting and recruiting customers, working effectively within a team setting, and consistently maintaining high grooming standards alongside exceptional interpersonal skills. Your role is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of the store and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**: **Achievement of Store Retail Goals**:

- Strive to meet and exceed individual sales targets and goals, aligned with company benchmarks.
- Contribute to the achievement of overall store sales goals.
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing customer needs promptly.

**Store Operations**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring it runs efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing store environment, including dusting displays, cleaning testers, and ensuring the store is always presentable.
- Take responsibility for the opening and closing of the cash register, ensuring balanced record sales at the end of each day.

**Customer Service**:

- Engage with customers warmly and professionally, offering product recommendations and assistance.
- Effectively utilize sampling strategies, recording customer details for follow-up and building a loyal customer base.
- Handle customer complaints professionally, turning them into opportunities for positive engagement and resolution.
- Ensure hygiene practices are strictly adhered to, contributing to a safe and clean shopping environment.

**Teamwork and Communication**:

- Work collaboratively with other team members, maintaining a positive and constructive atmosphere.
- Stay informed by checking daily communications, ensuring you're up-to-date with any store updates or changes.
- Follow all brand action plans and implement store strategy programs, including promotions and events, as directed by management.

**Stock Management**:

- Ensure stock levels are adequate, rotating incoming stock to maintain freshness and availability.
- Regularly monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the Store Manager.

**Performance and Development**:

- Take ownership of your own results, reviewing your performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Attend all required training sessions, taking personal responsibility to keep up with product knowledge and store procedures.
- Be punctual for each shift, demonstrating reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Remain flexible with shifts, accommodating the needs of the store as required.

**Store Cleanliness and Presentation**:

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring displays are dust-free, products are well-presented, and the store is welcoming to customers.
- Adhere to all store cleanliness standards, including cleaning tasks assigned by the Store Manager.

**Compliance**:

- Follow all break rules and guidelines as discussed with your Store Manager, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date daily sales analysis at the end of each shift.
