One of Melbourne's most respected property groups is currently seeking to appoint a dynamic and sociable Office Administrator to join their team.
**Your new role**
Your duties will include: **Reception**
- Managing the reception area
- Attending to walk-ins, guests, clients and enquiries via phone call
- Maintaining a tidy entrance, reception and meeting areas
**Meetings Coordination**
- Managing Outlook calendar including diary management and travel for the team
- Taking minutes
- Organising catering and refreshments
**Office Administration**
- Filing and coordination of invoices, banking, payments
- Assisting the CEO with general requirements as required
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in a similar role or as an Administrator
- Excellent time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills
- Cutting-edge and flexible in problem-solving
- Natural team player that wants to add value to their work
- Ability to ask questions, analytical thinking
- Ability to overview work and ensure a smooth work flow process
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- A strong work ethic, growth mindset and drive to succeed and achieve team goals
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
