Retail Manager (CBD)

We are committed to excellence in all interactions with up to 700,000 visitors annually; and the Retail Manager (RM), plays a key role in in managing the Shrine's retail store and cafe'; a new catering, venue hire and event partnership; Shrine tours; and other paid visitor amenities. This role is responsible for the delivery of both strong revenue outcomes and to support the delivery of exceptional visitor experience. This role will also act as Duty Manager as required.

This role is offered on a permanent full time basis 1.0 FTE. Availability to work Sunday through to Thursday.
