Due to strong business growth and transformation, there is now an prospect for a highly experienced Accounts Payable officer in this newly created role. **Your new role** We are currently seeking a highly motivated Accounts Payable officer to join our team in our Port Melbourne office. Responsible for processing and managing the Accounts Payable function. **Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Processing invoices and high volume data entry.
- Matching invoices to purchase orders.
- Reconciling and processing high volume invoices.
- Assisting in the Accounts Receivable function when necessary.
- Following up on invoice approvals.
- Month-end administrative tasks.
- Communicating with internal stakeholders.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in a high volume Accounts Payable function.
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
- Strong and clear communication and time management skills
- The ability to communicate and build relationships.
- A collaborative and team-focussed approach.
